About our Client : Our client is a global alcoholic beverage leader recognized among the most valuable brands world over in their domain of business. They have aggressive growth plans for India which will be driven by new age initiatives besides traditional business and want to consolidate their position as market leaders within the portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Regional Sales Development Manager for the Western Region.

Job Description : Reporting to the National Lead, the key accountabilities will be:

- Ensure 100% of the Regional Sales Team is Using Sales Force App

- Be the App SPOC for the Region. Use the App Portal to

- Feed-In Messages, Memos, Tasks etc.

- Take Out App Reports and Circulate as needed

- Help Region Team to coordinate with External Relationships

Key Tasks :

- To Monitor Daily the App Usage

- Follow-Up with the Non-Users and Coach / Train / Drive App Usage

- Travel and Work with FPRs to see that they are using App in the Right way.

- Work on the App Reports to ensure Report Accuracy

- Conduct In-Store Audits

- Validate the FPRs data by the Audit

- Insist & Instill the Culture of - Right Reporting- in the Region

- Analyze App Data & Other Sales KPI Data and make meaningful insights for the Region to act as a key help for the Region Head

- Work out Capability Gaps in the Regional Sales Team basis Assessment Tools, and also in consultation with Regional Head & State Heads. Prepare & Conduct Training Programs with help from HO & Functional/Channel Heads, for the Regional Sales Teams from time-to-time to plug-in these gaps.

The Successful Candidate:

- 8-12 Years of experience with at least 5 - 6 years as an ASM in Top Ranking FMCG Organization(s) and approx. 2 - 3 years in a Regional Role.

- Preference will be towards candidates who are currently handling Regional Capability in an FMCG Organization.

- Experience of driving the roll-out of a Sales Force Mobile Application in a region is an additional advantage.

- Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills besides being able to coordinate with other functions, departments, external stakeholders, etc. is a must.
