Role: Regional HR Business Partner
Reporting to: CHRO
Location: Pune
- The incumbent will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the HR strategy that will enable & drive business performance.
- The ideal background would be a combination of hands-on experience in business partnering and COE roles in OD, Talent or Rewards.
- The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, influencing and communications skills to manage effective stakeholder relationships, commercial and business acumen along the ability to balance it with HR priorities.
Key Deliverables:-
- Partner with Business Leaders to formulate long term HR strategies and operating plans to deliver business objectives.
- Implement the right organization structure in line with business priorities and goals to ensure optimum manpower productivity.
- Manpower planning and forecasting based on business needs.
- Lead Talent Acquisition and implement strategies for recruitment of quality hires across functions & region.
- Support the new hires through an effective onboarding and induction process.
- Develop high potential employees.
- Strengthen the leadership pipeline through succession planning for key roles and learning initiatives.
- Influence business managers on change initiatives, provide the tools, framework, and support to drive implementation.
- Implement performance management and talent development strategies to ensure a high performance organization.
- Create and implement initiatives to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity of business teams.
Education:-
MBA/ PG in Human Resources from a top Tier-I Business School & must possess at least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
