Description

- Develop and implement retail sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Oversee multiple stores within Delhi, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service

- Recruit, train, and manage retail staff across various locations

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

- Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels

- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions

- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products and drive sales

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Profile

- 10-15 years of overall experience in retail management

- Open to Delhi as a location

- MBA in sales & marketing mandatory

- Candidate should come with experience - selling to North India geo / working in fashion and apparel industry
