Retail Operations for COCO and FOFO Stores.

- Sales Top Line

- Sales Bottom Line

- Liability Management

- Franchisee management

- Order generation (FOFO)

- Collections (FOFO)

Retail Operations for Large Format Stores (LFR)

- Sales Top Line

- Sales Bottom Line

- Purchase Order generation

- Ensuring Supply of goods from warehouse

- Collections

Retail Development

- New store opening

- New LFR opening

- Work closely with cross functional teams like VM, Projects, HR, Marketing to ensure smooth flow of operations in the region from all aspects.

- Responsible for enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners across the region.

- Forecasting quarterly sales targets, & conceptualizing & implementing effective strategies and plans to drive sales and up selling.

- Would be accountable for the profitability of the entire zone.
