Sales and Performance
Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the region.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback to store managers and team to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and increase brand visibility.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines across all stores.
- Overseeing the inventory and stock across the stores
- Monitor P&L of the region, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and key initiatives.
Team Management & Development :
- Recruit, train, and onboard store team, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for store employees, and regularly review their progress.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and motivation.
- Identify talent within the region, create development plans, and provide opportunities for growth and advancement.
Customer Service and Satisfaction :
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement measures to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competition, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Encourage a customer-centric approach among store managers and athletes.
