Job Description: Regional Retail Manager- WEST

Job Summary:

- Managing Brand Presentation/VM and secondary sales of all Shop-In-Shop (SIS) at Large Format Stores in South.

- Mentoring and leading a team of Asst. Retail Managers (ARM) and Retail Executives (RE) in handling secondary sales. Ensure team delivers best-in-class Customer Experience.

Brand Presentation:

- To have neat, tidy and pleasant brand presentation at each store.

- To ensure brand VM is accorded utmost priority by every member of the team and company VM norm should be uniformly followed across all stores.

- Ensure deputation of adequately trained and well-groomed counter consultant at each store.

Sales Targets:

- To ensure brand continues to get highest sales share at all chain/stores. Fine-tuning monthly sales targets proposed by respective ARM/RE for all stores and making sure that every team meets sales targets.

Team Management:

- Ensure to have adequate staff in the department. Ensuring the implementation of manpower mapping with corresponding store grade at all SIS. Managing and motivating front line team of Counter Consultants to have low attrition level and increase sales and efficiency.

Responsible for administration of retail team:

- Ensuring team adheres company norms with regards to dealing with staffing issues, such as interviewing potential staff, recruitment, staff uniform and grooming, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, incentive disbursal as well as providing or organizing training and development.

Inventory Management:

- Ensure team collects relevant information regularly and coordinating with store and HO backend team to ensure inventory as per norms (store wise) and monitor closely with team for liquidation of overall stocks including ageing stocks.

MIS:

- Generate and send reports on timely basis. Collecting reports from the team as per MIS norms, analyzing sales figures and share with team (including superiors) and forecasting future sales trend.

Market Visit:

- Touring the sales floors regularly, talking to team, store personnel & customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues.

To keep abreast of the market & competition:

- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail and lingerie industry and monitoring competitive activities.

Customer Service:

- Ensure team maintains great rapport with key decision maker at store level.

- Ensure team Manages customer (both store personnel and actual user) related issues, ensuring standards for quality customer interaction, customer service and handling complaints and queries.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction. Taking feedbacks on product and services.

Marketing Activity Coordination:

- For organizing special promotions, displays and events at store level.

- The ability to lead and motivate a team

- Excellent communication and 'people' skills

- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm

- Understanding and commitment to customer service

- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

- Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility

- The ability to understand and analyze sales figures

- Sound business sense and an understanding of retail

Candidate Profile;

- Preferably female in the age group of 27 to 35 years

- Experience of 5 to 6 years in sales and retail organisation.

- Should have handled any lifestyle product category.

- Willing to travel frequently.
