Regional Recruitment Manager
- Partnering with all Business Head / Functional Heads to determine the CP for Management & Frontline team month on month.
- Identifying and strengthening the sourcing / recruitment consultants to meet up the business requirements
- Proactively addressing the manpower issues for the business
- Closure of all open positions in Management & frontline team within the TAT
- Ensure adequate last mile frontline manpower at BB Now & 5K Business
- Review the recruitment team periodically on sourcing methods, consultant performance & critical business manpower requirements.
- Proactively hiring manpower for new business launches and ensuring trained manpower availability before the new business launch.
- Monitoring the training dropouts and controlling the training attritions.
- Involving Field activities and other promotional activities
- Maintaining & reviewing Sourcing Tracker, Manpower update time to time
- Evaluating hiring partners( Vendors) performances and take corrective actions on the same.
- Initiating other mode of hiring verticals.
- Presenting to the management on the Manpower hiring progress periodically and suggest improvements on the same.
- Cutting down the CPH.
