Job Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive the development of new markets and expansion of our dealer network in the civil construction products sector.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail selling, with significant experience in civil construction products, and a proven track record of working with contractors, builders, and architects.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Development :

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's presence in the civil construction products sector.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

Dealer Network Development :

- Build and maintain a strong network of dealers and distributors within the assigned region.

- Develop relationships with existing dealers and identify potential new dealers.

- Monitor dealer performance and provide support to ensure business growth and adherence to company standards.

Client Relationship Management :

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and architects to drive product specifications and sales.

- Serve as a point of contact for key accounts and address any issues or concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales and Retail Management :

- Lead efforts in retail selling, including direct sales, promotions, and marketing activities.

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

Dealer and Product Support :

- Provide comprehensive support and training to dealers to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.

- Ensure dealers are well-equipped with marketing materials, product information, and promotional support.

Architect and Contractor Engagement :

- Leverage existing knowledge of architects in the region to drive product specifications and sales.

- Engage with architects and contractors to provide technical support and promote the benefits of our products.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Prepare regular reports on market conditions, sales performance, and dealer activities.

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Abilities :

Experience :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and specification of civil construction products, with a proven track record in handling dealer networks and retail selling.

Market Knowledge :

- Deep understanding of the civil construction products market, including key players, trends, and challenges.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
