Handling Team of RJs/CW/PP etc.
Content Strategy
Objective setting for stations on a Monthly/quarterly
PR/Activation/ Interactive/ Marketing
Creative approach for all Content including Spikes
Ensuring training of entire team for smooth operation
Ensuring all Processes & Systems for the Creative team across the region
Music Royalty Commercials & Negotiations
Non-Music Content Content design from a strategic point of view, to maximize listenership ratings
Should have:
Over 8 Years of Exp. in Radio/Television Programming & Production
- Capability to handle team with perfection
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of System & Processes
- Team Player with sound interpersonal and analytical skills
- Preferably from Radio industry current/previous.
