Looking for professional as an Regional Product Manager for Retail Current Account with one of the leading Private sector Bank.
Location : Mumbai
Job purpose: Ensuring seamless Current Account product delivery across branches.
Key Responsibility:
- To guide in formulating effective strategy and ensuring quality acquisition to achieve budgeted numbers and new acquisition.
- Understanding gap areas and opportunities in arresting attrition of values from existing base and providing crucial insights.
- Run acquisition campaigns/contests/promotional activities for the business channels for the specified geography.
- Monitoring & driving Key Management Objectives / initiatives through release of weekly/monthly updates, discussing with under performing branches/clusters and zones on progress in specific central and regional initiatives and also decides on action plans and share best practices of other units as well.
- Coordinate with various units such as sales, marketing, analytics, IT, product, CPU etc to drive various initiatives.
- Undertake portfolio analytics to identify new business opportunities basis segment study, etc as well as opportunity for enhanced business in the existing portfolio.
- On the basis of above opportunity, develop campaigns/ contest for the channel in focusing on increasing the specific segment penetration.
