Regional product Manager

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Graduate with MBA

Experience: MBA from a reputed college and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant fieldwork experience with NBFC/Bank. Should have spent adequate time in various stages of designing, developing, and launching products.

Functional Competencies:

- Ability to travel extensively to understand field/customers requirements including value chain understanding & able convert that into product propositioning.

- Should be natural with numbers and have excellent excel skills.

- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and flexible with both strategic and tactical areas.

Behavioral Competencies:

Self-directed, results-driven with the ability to prioritize & handle ambiguous situations. Inquisitive, Interacting & Engaging. Excellent interpersonal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working relationships.

- Different verticals such as Business, Credit, Marketing, IT, and HR.

- Zonal/Regional, Cluster & Branch Business teams. Central product team/Functional Head and Management
