Description –
- The role is under operations team and the person would be reporting to the Head operation. The person will handle COMPANY’S outlets(own and franchisee) in the North region, which would include both company owned & franchised outlets. The person has to manage the entire P&L of the outlet and co-ordinate with the corporate team for any requirements.
Key responsibilities include –
- Lead a team of BM to manage after sales distribution channel of spares and services of COC & franchisees.
- Customer Relationship Management feedback and necessary action on regular basis. Improve overall score of CSI to 95%.
- Monitoring of various customer touch points and ensure execution of moment of truth experience
- Maintaining and managing business locations including equipments .
- Participate in selection of manpower at unit level and ensure creation on strong bench
- Support strategic expansion of network in the each state in tandem with the overall organizational strategy.
- This involved new coco/franchisee selection, capacity enhancement and weeding of non-performer.
- Planning and execution of various service marketing events , development of technical products ( Carnivals/Treasure hunts)
- Outlet level budget planning and management.
- Executing various improvement activities like Training/kaizen/5S. and provide support to Lean and other initiatives.
- Hands on service experience and worked on various projects of service development.
- Support the senior team in new business / product development
- Will ensure correction in pricing and provide inputs for same
- Responsible for internal initiatives such as new process development.
Requirements –
- Greater than 7 years of experience in managing outlets (Need not be from automotive industry)
- Strong managerial & leadership skills
- Ability to work with teams
- Ability to handle customers if required
- Understanding of the business needs & analysis of same
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Self starter, initiative taker
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word)
- Readiness to travel
