Description
The candidate will report to the Vice President Operations and will be responsible for:
- Executing key improvement projects for the region
- Create local strategies to carry out the projects
- Support the corporate team in setting the goals locally
- Extensively liaise with both corporate office and down the line employees
Profile
The ideal candidate:
- Comes with at least 7 years experience and preferably from a top tier institute
- Has experience in handling last mile deliveries in e-commerce/logistics/retail industry
- Would have experience in handling improvement projects effeciently
- Is good with communication and team management skills
