Job Description:

We are seeking a Regional Operations Officer to oversee the operations of our facilities in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all facilities under their jurisdiction, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities within the region, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and other services.

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess facility performance and identify areas for improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the region, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and expectations.

- Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions and service plans that meet their specific requirements and deliver value.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of facility managers and support staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting the professional growth and development of team members.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

- Develop annual budgets for facilities within the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.

- Monitor expenditures and financial performance against budget, implementing cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements where necessary.

Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, implementing policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors.
