Job Title : Regional Operations Manager (warehousing)

Desired Qualification : Post Graduate in Management
Age : 40 to 45 years
Required experience range : 15 to 20 years with minimum of 5 years of Leadership role

Roles & Responsibilities :
Customer External :
- Lead in performance improvement engagements and strategic customer interfaces with top revenue customers
- Liaise at the appropriate level to ensure customer retention, development and growth of new business through farming
- Act as - focal point- for escalated issues
- Drive issue prevention & resolution for key and strategic customers
- Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships
- Play an active role in supporting top level sales activities, being involved in large scale and strategic sales pitches as and when necessary along with respective vertical heads
Customers :
- Enable and facilitate the provision of services that meets or exceeds customer expectations and differentiates Company from the competitors
Internal :
- Provide advice/information on local business environment to facilitate business performance review & evaluation
- Work with Vertical Regional Head to define and deliver business strategy to achieve sustainable business growth in country & with respective customers
- Constantly scan the market to identify emerging trends and viable ventures/investment opportunities for warehousing, transaction and allied services
- Develop and agree customer wise business targets and KPIs/SLA
- Develop warehouse manager to independently work on development of project for improved efficiency & customer satisfaction
Country Staff :
- Provide leadership in the areas of communication and sponsorship to ensure a high morale and high level of motivation is maintained at all times
- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with business goals to attract and retain high calibre employees through reinforcing management behaviours throughout the organization
Stakeholder External :
Local Industry Groups, Government and Regulatory bodies and government leaders
- Represent and promote ACCI; establish contact with strategically important government officials/agencies, trade bodies and the general public in order to enhance ACCI
Internal :
Divisions and Business Units (BU) :
- Drive Business Unit's growth by leveraging synergies with other business units
- Interface with warehouse units, branch offices and other business unit's /departments with respect to regional/country programs
- Participate and support cross-business unit programs and activities which promote business integration and growth in value for its customers
