- Review daily key operational variables develop back up and contingency plans.
- Act as a change agent and provide implementation assistance as and when the Need arises.
- Provide subject matter expertise on processes
- Identify potential people issues amongst the team & resolve the same on a proactive Basis.
- Assess performance of Team Members and conduct performance appraisals.
- Hold regular team meetings with Team Members to ensure that there is constant Flow of information and knowledge dissemination - query logs, issue resolution.
- Assist new hires such that they are productive in the field in the shortest possible Time frame, assess training needs, provide training opportunities and train new hires And existing staff.
- Appropriately use Rewards & Recognition to energies to motivate Team.
- Members identifying the areas of opportunity for individuals and ensure improvement through Feedback's and training's.
- Weekly Analysis of Customer Satisfaction Levels and discussing them with the team So that adverse situations are not repeated-
- Inculcate the Team bonding, ethics and healthy working environment by addressing individual issues to ensure employee satisfaction.

- Managing entire Car Rental Process with a team of People.
Financial Performance - Developing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization.
Overall Administration - Planning & scheduling Individual /Team assignments to achieve preset goals within quality & cost parameters.
Formulating long term / short term strategic plans to enhance operations, profitability & revenue; involved in spearheading turnaround initiatives.
Partnership Strategies - Partnering with the suppliers and vendors for the growth of sales and business opportunities.
Spotting Opportunities - Identifying and networking with strong channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share in car rental industry.
Influencing Decision Makers - Initiating the discussion with the decision makers of the corporate and taking ahead for the contract signing.
Skilled Negotiator - Commercial discussion with Procurement Heads of the companies and closure of negotiation with them for profitable business for the company.
