Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage logistics operations at the regional level, with 15 to 20 years of experience in warehouse management (Inbound/Outbound) within e-commerce or large complex environments.

- Develop and implement operational processes for various product categories, including Food & Grocery and General Merchandise.

- Formulate and execute expansion plans in the region, ensuring operational alignment with customer expectations.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency.

- Establish and manage the operations budget, focusing on continuous service improvement and cost reduction.

- Foster engagement with internal and external stakeholders to build long-term relationships.

- Take ownership of customer metrics, leading operations in the assigned region and expanding operations across various cities.

- Conduct periodic reporting and performance reviews with customers.

- Willingness to travel across the region to ensure process compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- 15 to 25 years of experience in logistics operations management, with specific experience in warehouse management and e-commerce or complex environments.

- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to drive expansion and operational excellence.
