The incumbent will be responsible for leading teams across Projects & operations for CET and Logistics for the region. He/she will be responsible driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience both internal (Sales) as well as external by bridging the gaps and enhancing coordination between projects, logistics and Mock Up execution leading to a more seamless execution and decreased TAT for project delivery.

Mentioned below are the key responsibilities spread across Projects, CET and Logistics:

LOGISTICS OPERATIONS:

1. Will be working closely sales teams to manage logistics issues for inbound and domestic shipment, transportation, distribution network, warehousing, customs and related issues.

2. Area of responsibilities include supervising all Logistics operations: shipment planning and execution, order control, carrier selection, freight negotiation, transportation claims, distribution center / warehouse performance and other support functions.

PROJECTS:

1. Will manage the Projects team and be responsible for all operational processes surrounding delivery, installation, warehousing and services.

2. Work with the team to align them on specific details for a product or service project in order to accomplish a successful installation in the region.

3. Work with the team to ensure all projects are managed in a manner that meets and /or exceeds customer expectations.

CETs:

1. Ops Manager will be responsible for Mock Up execution post the Mock Up design is received from A&D and ensure smooth execution of Mock Up at sites

2. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and building Annual maintenance contracts and generating AMC revenue.

- Excellent organization skills

- Ability to be assertive and lead multiple priorities

- Ability to manage a cross functional team and handle multiple tasks

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Articulate communication and strong interpersonal skills - oral & written to manage relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders

- Strong system furniture product knowledge will be an added advantage

- Positive and upbeat attitude

Education/Experience

- At least 8 - 12 years of related experience in logistics & Projects

- MBA/equivalent degree.
