Regional Operations Manager - FMCG

Job description:

Position: Regional Operations Head (Super Markets)

Reporting Structure: Head of operations further reporting to CEO Super Market-Business Director

Reportees Structure: 8 Cluster Managers/City Ops Manager and Store Managers (15 Staff in Each store)

Will be managing over 50 stores and a Business of over 300 Crores.

Currently managing 500 people to 5000 people in distribution network.

Sales and P&L responsibilities.

- Taking care of entire business in terms of Direct and indirect reportees, though distribution network.

- Should have Sr Managers and Managers reporting to him currently.

- Should have experience of 6-10 years. And at least 4 promotions in the tenure.

- And no Gap/Sabbatical in entire tenure of employment

Educational background:

- Should be MBA full time from tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges no Gap in education. And should have upward growth in percentage/studies.

Additional background of the candidate:

- Street Smart, Excellent ratings as per the format in each designation, person to drive change in the system positively. A key person in driving the business.
