Regional Operations Manager - Fleet

To Ensure quality service delivery to all clients as per contracted terms

Operations Management :

- Monitor and manage fleet purchase and servicing on continuous basis

- Ensure dealer and garage tie-ups are in line with lease portfolio growth

- Negotiate fleet purchase incentive with automobile dealers

- Manage debit notes management with clients for replacement vehicle services

- To ensure that the MIS/reports are submitted by 3rd to accounts/operations coordinator

- To ensure necessary steps are taken in case of vehicles meet with an accident (eg insurance)

- Maintenance / Quality

- Client Servicing

- Cost Control

- Manage maintenance cost budget at all the branches

- Find ways to control cost through innovative ways and engaging with automobile manufacturers

- To verify bills pertaining to maintenance of vehicles

- Ensure discounts on labor and parts with most of the servicing garages

- Manage goodwill work by managing relationship with automobile manufacturers

- Provide cost saving initiatives to management on ongoing basis

- Tie up and identify car workshops and negotiate discounts

- Monitoring and control of Maintenance Budget

- To verify & monitor Replacement car
