- Business scope will be freight forwarding with focus on end to end solutions selling

- Focus will be sea freight mainly Full Container Loads

- Focus lane would be UAE, followed by Middle East, Far East, UK, Europe, Africa

Client Details :

The organisation is a multinational logistics company. It specialises in cargo logistics, port terminal operations, maritime services and free trade zones. It handles 70 million containers that are brought in by around 70,000 vessels annually.

Description :

- Lead in performance improvement engagements and strategic customer interfaces with top revenue customers

- Liaise at the appropriate level to ensure customer retention, development and growth of new business

- Act as focal point for escalated issues

- Drive issue prevention & resolution for key and strategic customers

- Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships

- Work with Vertical Heads / Sales Team to define and deliver business strategy to achieve sustainable business growth

- Ensure that all functional activities and objectives are consistent with one another

- Provide leadership & direction to ensure the achievement of high performance standards

Profile :

- The candidate should have experience in Freight Forwarding business especially in Sea Freight

- Sea freight and maritime experience in UAE, followed by Middle East, Far East, UK, Europe, Africa will be preferable

- MBA from a reputed school is preferable
