Regional Operations Head - FMCG

Drives Overall LSN Ops in the NorthEast to ensure all partners are delivering against SLAs committed, and working with partners to help them improve.

Responsible for 4 areas:

- Supporting implementation team

- Managing ground operations in key partner areas.

- Managing Line Haul

- Managing Call centre

- Ensure COD Collections

- Managing 20 FTEs, Geographically spread across India

- Strong understanding of logistics in India, especially e-commerce in a hands-on role.

- Strong connections in North East

- Track record of having managed ramp up to higher scale, 20000 shipments per day. Building out a network from scratch

- People leadership in a distributed evvironment

- 2-3 yrs exp. in e-commerce working on supply chain in a leadership position and in logistics in particular AND prior experience in logistics in the industry in (B2B)-Delhivery, EKART, ECPm Express, AMAZON TRANS, Flipkart. OR Distinctive candidates with 5-10 yrs of logistics experience in leading SUPPLY CHAIN Companies e.g. Bluedart OR 5-10 yrs of experience in FMCG supply chain exp. (will need to come across very technology driven and customer oriented having setup things from scratch)

- Strong attachment to the North East and a desire to build something helpful there. Helpful if already based in Guwahati
