About the Role:
We are looking for a Regional MIS Offline Sales professional to manage sales data, generate reports, and support the smooth functioning of offline business operations. This role requires expertise in data management, reporting, and business insights, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with on-ground sales teams and the Head Office (HO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and update sales data to ensure accuracy for reporting and decision-making.
- Generate and maintain sales and operational reports, ensuring timely availability of accurate data for key stakeholders.
- Provide necessary reports and insights to the HO team to support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor, validate, and maintain data integrity within the Distributor Management System (DMS), ensuring smooth functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DMS-related and other data issues to support uninterrupted business operations.
- Support the sales team with data-related queries and reports, enabling better sales execution.
- Process and verify distributor (DB) claims, coordinating with the HO for approvals and reconciliations.
- Identify inefficiencies in data tracking and reporting, proposing automation and process improvements for better efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1.4+ years of experience in MIS, sales operations, or data management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel
Soft Skills:
- Ability to collaborate with on-ground sales teams, distributors, and HO teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in offline retail sales data management.
