Position: Regional Manager - North – Sales & Marketing
Position will report to Head – Marketing
- Will Execute the Sales & Marketing plan for North India region to meet business objectives.
- Identify and develop new business in North India.
Job Responsibilities would include
- Identify and establish new business to meet the overall business plan for the Clay business in North India.
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities and initiate action plans to approach and secure new business in North India.
- Monitor OTIF deliveries on a daily basis and achieve committed delivery targets.
- Monitor receivables and ensure adherence to the credit policy.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly budget for sales and collection
- Represent the organization at marketing campaigns, and promotions in order to bring in business leads.
- Collaborate with customers and internal technology innovation team both to provide application support to the customers and facilitate new product/application development internally.
Establish performance goals for the sales team at North India and monitor their development on a continual basis Monitor the operations of the warehouse at Delhi. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors.
Candidate Profile:
- B.E. (Chemical / Mechanical) and preferably a MBA with major in Marketing with 10-12 years of work experience
- Should have handled direct (Manufacturers) & distributor sales in North India in a specialty /Industrial chemical or similar business.

- Organizational & People Development Skills.
CTC Would be : 16-17 Lakhs Per Annum
