- Approve and drive sales and marketing strategies and define annual targets
- Define goals for each product segment (RUBM/Plates/Semis) region wise
- Define stockyard strategy for the business to achieve network optimization
- Define Product segment prices (together with Sales and Marketing Heads)
- Ensure best-in-class performance on realization
- Manage the brand and drive excellence in customer service levels
- Coordinate brand management and product development activities
- Define customer account specific goals for key customers
- Review the business potential and viability of prospective key customers
- Review fulfillment strategy and corresponding inventory levels to meet customer service level
- Track and report performance of individual product segments
- Review competitor pricing strategy and market trends
- Review short-term and long-term supply chain issues
