We have an opening for Regional Marketing manager for a world renowned group for there Jewellery division. Job location Andheri (W) Mumbai.

Group is having over 250 showrooms across 10 countries. With a robust team of more than 12000 management team members and a turnover around Rs 30,000 crores, the group has also successfully ventured into various business sectors like real estate, jewellery manufacture, Housing and Infrastructure Development, Online Retail, I.T., Home Appliances and Electronics.

Job description :-

Looking for a Male Candidate who is very good in Marketing with 6-9 years work experience and able to handle 20-30 crore marketing budget. Prior experience in well reputed Jewellery or Retail stores. Should be willing to handle Mumbai/Gujarat Market.


- MUST HAVE STRONG EXPERIENCE IN B2C.

- Manage entire Marketing activities ( ATL, BTL, CRM, Digital, Media) for Mumbai/Gujarat region .

- Develop business for Mumbai and Gujarat

- Conduct Market research, survey, etc of existing locations and upcoming locations in Mumbai/Gujarat.

- Maintain and provide strength to company's brand position in assigned regional marketing area.

- Head development and execution process of ethnic and other main focused marketing plans to reach vital customer segments.

- Interact with marketing leads to develop and supervise regional marketing budget.

- Present inputs to Product Marketing to define, maintain and validate apt product alternatives and configurations.

- Involve actively in regional Marketing Operating subcommittee and committee.

- Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives.

- Develop execution plan and manage field team by implementing plan.

- Stimulate developing and sanction of quotations and commercial proposals to guarantee product gross margins meet business needs.

- Recommend strategies to integrate into local regional marketing plans.

- Analyze and supervise local competition.

- Evaluate productiveness and marketing initiatives ROI.

- Implement launch plans given by Global Marketing Inc. to teach Personal Care distributors and sales force.

- Head responsibility for conveying plans to RDs, FRDs, FCs and DMs on different marketing topics and venues.

- Participate and assist Marketing Director to direct developing creative strategies and media execution.

- Support Marketing director to manage crisis management and local media relations.
