Purpose of the Position:
Take regional responsibility for establishing leadership of brand in key geographies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop a country level strategy to achieve brand leadership.
- Engage with multiple regional stakeholders like Sales & Distributor teams to align and implement a strategy.
- Coordinate with central marketing team to ensure global brand guidelines are followed
- Ensure successful new product launches as per guidelines.
- Drive and monitor the execution of customer experience initiatives in the markets.
- Provide timely consumer feedback and monitor competitive activity
- Appoint and manage key resources like advertising, media, digital and BTL agencies for each country.
- Develop annual budgets, monitor and manage the A&P spends for the region
