- Develop regional growth strategy and identify opportunities, challenges and growth enablers for the next 3-5 years.
- Translate and challenge global initiatives into regional plans that take into account the regional needs.
- Define regional pricing strategies and secure execution (incl. support to selected key negotiations)
- Regionalize launches by developing regional value propositions and launch plans. Drive execution of launch plan in the region.
- Drive regional market insights (macro trends, market trends, raw materials, value chain, customer, competitor, technology) and translate into regional value propositions and opportunities to growth.
- Develop and execute on regional marketing plans (conference, articles, campaigns (incl. digital), material etc.) with support from key stakeholders.
- Drive selected N2M initiatives and be responsible for development of business cases, market analysis and go-to-market strategies.
- Engage with customers, industry events and external stakeholders impact growth
To succeed you must hold:
- A business education (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) and/or a relevant technical education (e.g. B.Sc. or M.Sc.).
- Interest for industrial and agricultural applications. Understand our solutions are key for the role.
- Have minimum 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, product management, innovation, consulting or similar domain
- Have well proven business acumen, and strong experience with marketing and business development preferable from B2B. Experience in Chemistry/chemical or Industrial process will be a plus.
- Have a curious and creative mindset, self-driven and a fast learner with the ability to get in depth into technical industries. And ability to understand technical details and translate them into commercial opportunities
- Strong analytical and structured approach to problem solving,
- Project management skills are a must
- Be skilled at working within a complex stakeholder landscape - you should be able to take the lead and drive projects with a host of different stakeholder maintaining a high drive and a positive attitude
- Exceptional networking skills and communication skills to enable collaboration across teams and functions to create results.
- Have ability to handle several challenges at once while maintaining focus and a positive attitude
- Speak and write English fluently
Most importantly, you are a positive people person who is self-driven. You excel in execution, takes on a pragmatic approach and likes to roll up your sleeves and get operational if that is needed to move things forward. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and a flair for creating excitement and for making experimentation fun.
Location: This job will be located at our site in Bangalore, India, but cover all countries in APAC & MEA.
