Purpose: Responsible for profitable growth of the Bank's business from the HNI customer base
Key Responsibilities:
Functional
- Update on the Equity / Debt / Domestic and Global markets on daily basis
- Interact with Individual RMs on their business updates / deals / sales plan and progress basis required average run rate on targets
- Client Interaction (personally managed)
- Branch Visits / Client Meetings
- Prepare Competition Analysis / Update - market circles / new product ideas
- Arrange Con-calls with Business Head on strategies / actionables, Invesment Advisory on product launches and views, Market Heads on Number delivery and follow-ups
Managerial
- Sorting queries, giving approvals, providing external leads for business, suggesting methodology, guidance to Team Members for their day to day business across complex product offerings, individual client portfolios, and other propositions.
- Review with the Team on Number Updates, Client Contact management, Update of CIR, Fee Plans, Client Migration, Client Feedback and Complaints, Lakshya on Weekly / Fortnightly basis
- Managing Head Counts - Hiring / Re-shuffling
Key Decisions made by the position:
1) Implementation of the business strategy to achieve desired objectives.
2) Hiring the right candidate and taking tough calls on underperforming team member after sufficient counselling and opportunities.
3) Commanding Basic Discipline & ensuring basic hygiene (attendance, dress-code, client communication etc)
4) Ensuring basic facilities are provided to the team across infrastructure, incentives and salary as per industry norms.
5) Adequate Training across Teams to ensure work is done in the right spirit and with knowledge.
