Leading FMCG is hiring for RSM/ ZSM/ State Head / Sales Manager for different locations PAN India

- To achieve and exceed the assigned sales target for the Region.

- To lead, coach and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and other Sales team, Frontline Sales Force.

- Shall be responsible for assessment, planning and enhancement of Distribution infrastructure.

- Build appropriate distribution network.

- Create a realistic sales forecast for the Region on a monthly/Quarterly basis

- Manage BTL planning when required to do so

- Establishing ties with Distributors and Trade partners.

- Conduct timely and structured review of the team

- Analyze sales data and make decisions based on them

- Must be able to provide concise, accurate and relevant reports and initiate action based on those reports.

Education Qualification required:

- Post-Graduation in Management / MBA in Sales and Marketing specialization preferred.

Key Skills and Attitude Required:

- Ability to lead a large FMCG Sales Team

- Sales Forecasting and Planning

- Very high comfort with Sales Data Analysis

- Coverage planning
