We have an opening with one of our client for the position of:

Company Name: is a pioneer in the field of Warehousing, Distribution and Supply Chain Solutions. It has a network of more than 300 warehouses.The total warehouse under management is more than 55+ cities and 115,000 plus sq.meters.

Position: Regional Manager - West (Bhiwandi)

Total Experience: Minimum 10 years into warehousing industry

Job description:

- Responsible for revenue generation of the region

- Implementing new strategies for cost optimization in freight, Overhead , Incidental, reimbursable

- Managing receivables of the region (overdue management, check bouncing cases etc.)

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing on time delivery, customer delight and maintaining good relationship with the customers

- Ensure optimum utilization of resources by talent acquisition, talent management and talent development.

- Looking after the entire infrastructure of the region.

- Responsible for P&L of the Zone

- Ensure the timely distribution of integrated performance reports to specific regional

- Manage time critical escalations and control responses

- Measure and manage the overall performance of the region

- Manage compliances in the region related to Agreements, Licenses and permits.

- Managing quality management system
