REGIONAL URBAN DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Incumbent will be responsible to lead execution and thinking on shopper, customer programs, Distribution KPIs, GTMs for Urban working along with ASM teams to deliver expected business topline and success metrics in-store, GTM conceptualization & Delivery, leveraging Automation, build capability of front-line sales force, and formulate & lead customer conversations.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for Driving Same Store growth, Quality distribution {WD%} and CTS for the Urban markets
- Owner for Customer/Shopper programs like STAR, STAR LITE, MIP, WS for the region. Will also be responsible for program spends, Asset management (Chillers and visibility assets), activation management and same store growth
- Responsible to deliver Urban business KPIs - ECO, GTM, Revenue, TS etc.
- 100% utilization of technology to drive all sales KPIs in urban
- Engage with ASM and Sales Officers
- Cascade programs and ensure compliance with program parameters, and be responsible for onboarding, topline and shopper execution targets
- Build Capability of front-line team (DSR and SO) for right execution, developing and customizing customer stories and working with the team to exhibit right execution
- Be visible in the field, through market work and through virtual connects, working to create right priority for shopper execution in store. Be owner of Picture of success delivery for every program store in the region
- Drive picture of success of respective shopper channel
- Drive right asset placement and OTS
- Driving right range, depth and planogram
- Increasing locations within the store
- Manage Program spends for region
- Build network with key top regional customers along with ASMs
- Engage Head office stakeholders (CE, CM, S&F) in two way conversations to build customer and shopper interventions for key customers. Share feedback and help develop PICOF for relevant shopper formats.
- Ensure Asset availability to fulfill execution - Chillers and other shopper assets
- Capability measures - trainings, beat books, planograms, local language communication materials
- Work towards right target setting for program stores and be owner of timely reviews with HO and region
- Plan and work on execution with ASM teams on Activation calendar for the region (Onam, Valentine, PTB) particularly on shopper and customer activation activations.
