- Identify training gaps by constantly assessing the complexity of business environment
- Align with the business perspective and evolve training need analysis for the region
- Manage training calendar for the month and update changes as per required
- Ensure coverage across all stores in the region
- To align and customize inputs to the regional business / operation that includes module development, pilot
- Responsible for driving training initiatives for the Region
- To ensure training delivery of programs as per training plans and process
- Analysis and Reporting
- Develop metrics for measuring and increasing learning effectiveness
- Training evaluations for all modules to be done and recorded,
- Audits to be done on the floor and recorded to measure the training efficacy for all trainings done, as per the measurement matrix designed for the module
- Maintain a comprehensive MIS of training delivered, highlighting emerging trends and raising issues, if any
