Regional Trade Marketing Manager North (Liquor, Spirit and Wines - Alco Bev)
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance overall brand visibility across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
- Providing adequate visibility for company brands in the marketplace and increasing brand penetration
- Providing hands-on field intelligence and feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Launching promotional campaigns and running trade/customer activations.
- Increasing incremental sales w.r.t. targeted promotional campaigns.
- Establishing and maintaining healthy and influential relationships within teams and with key accounts and stakeholders.
Planning of short- and long-term strategies:
- Closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Market data and consumer insights to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
- Impactful in-store activations, promotions, and events to enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.
- Trade marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and partners, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualification And Experience:
- MBA with 6-8 years of experience in trade marketing with Alco Bev Industry (Liquor) or FMCG industry and possess commendable analytical and execution skills. In addition to this, experience in North market is a Must.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
