We are currently looking for a Regional Manager Trade Marketing (South India) for one of the topmost Beverages MNC in the World

- The position is to be based at Bangalore.

Job Profile:

Managing BTL activities planning and execution across Branches in South India.

- Branch BTL Marketing Activities for AV / IT / ME divisions across India

- Product Display and Promotion planning through monthly in store guidelines.

- SIS display conceptualization, Production & execution

- In Store Branding - Designing, procurement & execution

- Designing, procurement, allocation & execution of POSM material (Catalogues, danglers etc)

- Design go-to market strategy and corresponding campaigns with corporate category and sales team

- Work with experts for Design, Visual Merchandising, Training and Activations

- Strategizing & controlling the Budget vs spend

- New brand launches with promotional activities across all key relevant markets

- Generating consumer communication state wise for brands by close interaction with Brand Team & Sales Team.

- Responsible for volume, market share, contribution, CSM incentive & Consumer Offer

- Creating the visibility across the Nation In-shop dominance / innovative product display units. Driving floor share / counter share

- Activations to achieve budgeted objectives in terms of visibility (in shop & on shop), promotions, events in various channels (WS/IWS/B&R)

- Brand renovation and positioning

- Performance, review and analysis done basis separate activity

- Execution goals and standards are developed, communicated measured and delivered

- Signages activity (both inshop & onshop), Merchandising, Roadshows, events & promotions, Outdoors (hoardings), Branding and maintaining the vendor development & PR.

Candidate Profile:

- An MBA with excellent experience in Trade Marketing , BTL, events and promotions, Merchandising, Roadshows, events & promotions, Outdoors (hoardings) in an FMCG, Telecom, Liquor or beverages MNC.

Location: Bangalore
