Regional Manager/Store Manager - VISA & Travel Firm

A leading VISA and Travel Organization is looking for Regional Manager/ Store Manager to manage their Stores in Dubai and Abu-Dhabi-

Candidates with min 4 years of continuous work experience and knowledge on Visa process for various countries especially US, APAC countries, UK and other European Countries can apply for this role. Candidates should have team handling exp.

FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:

- Ensuring Sales and Conversion targets are met

- Resolve escalated issues within stipulated time.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs (Productivity, Internal Quality, Accuracy, Outbound Quality, etc.) by the team.

- Manage monthly KRAs and incentives for the team.

- Manage shrinkage by managing planned & unplanned leaves.

- Participate in daily/weekly/monthly review with Director/GM Operations.

- Conduct quality audits on weekly basis.

- Initiate CAP/DAP/ as required.

- Draw up action plans for the advisors requiring coaching or development.

- Provide inputs through forums to improve work procedures that can enhance overall team performance.

Information Security

Specific Security Responsibilities:

- Ensure reportees comply with the security policy and procedures

- Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report all security incidents.

- Protect information entrusted to you.

- Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy.

- Comply with the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

TEAM RELATED:

- Monitor team performance.

- Enable development opportunities for team through participation in various initiatives.

- Prepare development plans for team members and track their implementation.

- Coach and provide feedback to team members.

- Ensure team adherence to discipline & Policies.
