Regional Manager - South Zone - Premium / Luxury Building Material Product Category
Managing Institutions/Projects sales for South Region .
Responsible for B2B Sales as below :-
1. Key account management
2. Retail/ institution sales.
3. Should have handled and delivered results in particular projects
4. Should have worked for a turnover of not less than 75 cr per year
5. Need to have worked with top institutional teams
6. Need to know Kannada language
7. Participation in Builder/ Architect events. Industry Forums.
KEY PROCESSES :
a. Net Sales Value & volume - by managing proper product mix as per budget.
b. Number of projects won and lost.
c. New customers added during the year.
d. Satisfactory contacts with Architects, Builders, Contractors, PMCs & Institutions.
e. Proper planning & Timely reporting as per agreement with leadership team
f. Ensuring Project Tracker is updated and monthly MIS to be submitted.
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA Full Time
- Able to manage a 75 + crore business
- Handling a large team
