- Will be responsible for managing sales and marketing Automotive lubricants in the States of Telengana, Karnataka and Kerala, based at Hyderabad / Bangalore.
Key result areas are :
- Achievement of sales volumes, product mix, debtors and inventory control. Responsibilities also include appointment of C & FAs, Distributors & development of retail network as per company plans, control of revenue expenditure within the budget and administration of the sales force, comprising of Area Managers, Sales Executives and DSRs.
- Should have the ability to train and develop people.
- The incumbent should be a graduate, preferably a Mechanical Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Automobile Engineer/MBA, in mid-thirties, with experience of 12 to 15 years in the lubricant / spare parts industry, especially in the States of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telengana. He should have
- Good knowledge of the Automobile industry and the Lubricants industry in the country
- Knowledge of products/ pricing
- A pleasant personality with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with the senior members within the organization and outside.
- Initiative, drive and result oriented approach with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving excellent business results.
