Regional Manager - S&OP - Six Sigma/Process

Summary:

Drive S&OP process rigor, Process improvement projects and initiatives across Emerging Markets Group (India, Middle East & Africa, Russia, Turkey and CIS). He will work closely with Regional teams to establish basic processes in supply chain and functional partner to IT on infrastructure projects aimed at standardization, productivity and complexity reduction.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Drive S&OP process rigor across all locations

- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities that contribute to Goal achievement. Initial focus on four key platforms – S&OP, Order to Cash Excellence, Complexity Reduction, Global Supply Management

- Lead high impact projects across the region as required...S&OP Process, Global Parts initiative, SAP implementation

- Act as a supply chain functional partner for all IT projects.

- Build mechanism to identify and scope projects, drive rhythms / structured review up to completion and quantify benefits.

- Provide Six Sigma, Lean and/or equivalent process improvement tools training to project teams.

Requirements:

- Graduate Engineer with additional post graduate qualifications in Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management.

- Certified / Trained in use of Lean, Six Sigma Methodology or equivalent business process improvement tools & techniques.

- 10+ years experience in industrial environment.

- Demonstrated experience in driving high impact projects in Operations, Supply Chain or Business processes.

- Business-level English comprehension both written and spoken.

- Good interpersonal and influencing skills. Comfortable working with cross cultural, cross functional teams.

- Act as a “change agent” while driving process improvements.

- Advanced level MS Office & MS Project to independently manage information, plan / track projects and develop presentations.

- Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects at the same time.

- High energy level and self motivated. Accustomed to working across time zones.

- Result oriented. Should be able to work with no/less supervision.

- Open to travel.
