Primary Requirements
- 1. Primary responsibility of Hunter Sales Manager selling risk management software products into Banking & Financial Services for Middle East region in Dubai (Notice period within 30 days).
- 2. Minimum 10+ years of direct sales experiences selling enterprise software products in an Individual Contributor role
- 3. Minimum 6+ years of handling Banking & Financial Services in the recent past years in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman with excellent client connections at CXO level & established partner networks
- 4. Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through effectively hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking, partnering and lead generation activities
5. A plus would be candidates who can speak Arabic
Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Define and execute sales action plans to meet pre-defined goals in the region
- 2. Support in defining and execution of marketing plans for the region
3. Identify, develop, lead and close sales initiatives from prospective account base against set targets
4. Identifying new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them
5. Be accountable for the attainment of new customer acquisition targets
6. Proven sales experience in solution selling and executing complex sales cycles with CXOs
7. Drive effective reviews and forecast meetings. Maintain CRM discipline. Ensure forecast accuracy by managing sales pipeline
