Role and Responsibilities: As the Regional Sales Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales capabilities of our team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, focusing on team leader-level sales strategies and practices.

- Sales Training Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in sales training to develop and implement effective training programs.

- FMCG Business Understanding: Apply a deep understanding of the FMCG sector to tailor training programs and strategies.

- Mentorship: Mentor and support the frontline sales force to build a winning attitude and drive performance.

- Training MIS Management: Oversee the management of the Training Management Information System (MIS), including data related to training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Experience: 4-7 years in FMCG sales and sales training, with a demonstrated track record of success.

Education: Graduate/MBA/PGDM or equivalent in a relevant field.

Key Skills:

- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis to identify training needs and gaps.

- Program Development: Develop and design comprehensive training programs tailored to regional needs.

- Training Delivery: Execute training sessions effectively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content.

- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to sales teams to enhance their performance and development.

- Performance Evaluation: Assess training outcomes and effectiveness, and adjust programs as needed.

- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with various stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports related to training activities and outcomes.

Additional Skills:

- Sales Training Experience: Extensive experience in designing and delivering sales training programs.

- FMCG Business Knowledge: A strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its dynamics.

- Communication Skills: Superlative communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Mentorship Ability: Proven ability to mentor and motivate a frontline sales force
