- Managing distribution network for multiple states in South Zone to include Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala States through Team Manager and Associates.
- Achieving Primary/Secondary/Tertiary sales.
- Retention and Growth of team through execution of performance management process.
- Effectively lead and coach the team to deliver strong performance.
Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 10-12 years of strong experience in Channel Sales
- Should have experience in handling entire Channel (Distributor, Retailers).
- Should have led a team of Sales Professionals and yearly achieving 100cr business.
- Should be from Automobile/ Automotive/ Spare Parts Manufacturing Industry.
