Their is one good opportunity for Regional ManagerSouth with our Real Estate client based in Bangalore.

Designation: Regional Manager South.

Department: Sales.

Experience : 12 plus years of experience in real estate or workspace industry preferred.

Key Roles &Responsibilities:.

Business Growth:.

- Managing the Sales and Real Estate Acquisition for the entire South region which includes Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi and Coimbatore.

Strategic Oversight:.

- Develop and execute the regional strategy to drive growth and profitability.

- Identifying new buildings for expansions along the RE team.

- Monitor and analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development and growth.

- Managing the pre sales and post sales team (account management) in the entire region.

- Developing sales strategies and implementing them.

- Conducting site visits, sales pitching, deal structuring & negotiation.

- Liasioning catalyst between design, projects, legal, finance, operations to see the transaction through.

Client Relationship Management:.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, developers and industry professionals to foster business partnerships.

- Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends and best practices in real estate sales to ensure competitive advantage.

Budget Management:.

- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

Operational Management:.

- Oversee daily operations of workspace locations in the South region, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

Skills & Qualification Required:.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

- An MBA is a plus.

Skills:.

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge:.

- In-depth knowledge of the regional market dynamics and trends in the workspace sector.

Flexibility:.

- Willingness to travel within the South region as needed. Excel, Transaction Management and Deal Negotiation, Commercial Real Estate Knowledge, Oral and written communication, Problem Solving, Commercial leasing, Team management, Leadership.
