Position : Regional Manager Sales & Operations (West) Staffing
Direct Reporting to : Vice President Sales & Operations- West

Location : Mumbai
Job purpose:
Responsible to direct & manage sales force to exceed profitability of the given region
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Map the existing Local Market
- Handle, manage, motivate & direct team spread across the region & anchor them to complete the given sales target on timely basis
- Induct & train Business Development team on various company process & systems
- Develop new methods and ways of identifying and generating new leads
- Create Prospects for the Staffing services (HR Services) for new business generation
- Ensure strong follow-ups with prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver presentation to the clients
- Negotiate with Clients to ensure signing of contract
- Responsible for revenue generation and meeting the sales target of their respective region
- Utilize customer segments & profiles to target new prospects and by market analysis
- Map competitors activities
- Maintain relationship with clients to generate additional volume of business
- Manage renewal of agreements of existing clients
- Margin improvement & addition of numbers of existing clients
- Ensure timely follow up with clients for outstanding payments
- Ensure delivery of open sourcing mandates through Branch Manager
- Ensure client audits driven by branches
- Ensure team retention
- Handling P&L for the region
- Handling clients grievances and ensure speedy resolutions of queries and grievances to maximize clients satisfaction level
- Manage the Regional Budget and Business Plan
- Ensure YoY growth in Head Count, Gross Margin and EBIDTA for the region

- Aggressive, solution oriented & Proactive in approach
- Should possess good negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of local market, Corporate Sales, well versed with staffing industry know how / trends
