One of the leading E commerce Organization is looking Sales & Operations Professional for the Position Regional Manager to based out at Bangalore Location.

Experience- 6 + Years

Qualification- MBA Full time from Tier 1 Institutes..

6-8 years FMCG industry experience - at least 2 yrs experience of managing a field Sales program.

Strong academic track record + MBA from IIMs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities

Strong numerical and analytical aptitude

Proven experience leading cross-functional projects

Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools

This person will liase with local Marketing Team, Regional Category Leader & Trans Teams to to help drive the above deliverable for his region.This Person will be Sales And Operations Owner - responsible for the overall Seller experience via a team of Outsourced Sales teams Staffed by In-store promoter & City level Supervisors
