There is an urgent requirement with one of the leading NBFC as Regional Manager - Hyderabad

Product- Mobile Financing/ Personal Loans/ Consumer Durable

Reporting to- National Head

Key Areas -

- The successful incumbent will be responsible for the overall business of unsecured loans, Mobile or consumer Financing.

- It is expected that this executive understands the product and will build out (launch and scale) the product by considering the finer aspect of work.

- Business expansion planning, strategy & monitoring.

- Cost optimization.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- People and channel management.

Education & Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate.

Relevant Exp.

- 8-10 Years in the Financial Industry.

- Deep understanding of Unsecured Loans and Consumer finance.

- Built digital skills to cater to more customers or market share.

- Understanding risk and underwriting aspect.

- Experience of managing distribution, leading large/medium sized team.

- Leadership skills to manage scale and diversified portfolio
