The incumbent would be responsible for :
- Deliver to defined targets across Business, People, Channel and Process metrics
- Build a presence across channels in line with its position as a Global leader in the precious metals space
- Develop and expand a jewellery partner eco system
- Align with key customers to ensure the company maintains a preferred partner status and ensures highest levels of consumer satisfaction.
- Build new revenue streams by working jointly with functional colleagues to create a new products other defined opportunity programme.
