Job Description - Overall in charge of region/accounts, responsible to hit gross revenue, to manage and drive marketing efforts and create brand awareness and rapport with all customers and deliver top quality service

Description

- Provide leadership, direction and build relationships with a network of distribution partners to drive sales growth and long term profitability

- Coach, train, support and supervise the distributor network and its sales forces in the assigned territories.

- Identify, analyze and assess key market opportunities and develop sales and marketing programs to meet revenue goals

- Analyze implications of competitor activities and in association with global marketing, define and implement appropriate actions

- Lead in the identification and selection of new or additional distributors when and where applicable.

- Build brand awareness amongst specific geographical networks

- Target potential projects /select potential customers and prepare project management plan

- Plan time frame, budget

- Early engagement with influencer/key decision makers

- Understand customer requirements

- Initiate promotion programs

- Invite customers to marketing activities such as seminars, Congresses /Reference site visits

- Customer evaluation

- Execute promotion programs


- Be responsible for meeting overall revenue plan


Profile :

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or an MBA in related disciplines

- Min 10 years of experience in direct and sales through distributors preferably in a relevant field in healthcare


- Proven track record with solid references

- Excellent communication and presentation skills


- Willing to travel and work as an individual contributor

- Team player and good personal integrity and professionalism
