We have a mandate with a Fortune 500 Medical Devices / Healthcare Organization.

Designation : Regional Manager Sales

Should have handled regions in south like Andra Pradesh / Telengana / Tamil Nadu.

Base location : Chennai

JD :

Builds and maintains customer relationships, while able to set up a market for Surgical Instruments with clinical proficiency and business acumen.

- Prepares reports of business transactions.

- Builds and implements sales plans for the assigned territory, manages and tracks customer sales activity and prospective customer initiatives, achieves sales quotas, reports on sales progress and competitor customer activities to sales leaders.

- Facilitates on-time delivery of products to customers.

- Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of products

- Responsible for territory case coverage.

- Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products

- Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion

- Travels to and attends trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.

- Plans, coordinates and executes local educational and sales events, with the support of internal resources, intended to augment the business.

- Coordinates customer training.

- Aggressively solicit orders from present and prospective customers for the products assigned.

- Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings

- Other duties may be assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities :

- Strong Sales and Communication Skills

- Strong Work Ethic

- Strong Knowledge and/or Ability to Learn and Understand Surgical Concepts

- 3 year of Medical Devices / Healthcare Sales Experience

- MBA from a Top Notch University.

- Up to 50% overnight travel annually.
