Desired Work Experience: 10-15 Years
Qualified in M.Sc.(Chemistry) or M.E/M.Tech(Mechanical /Chemical Discipline)
Location: Chennai (Tamil Nadu)
Job Description/ Key responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales growth objective of company's industrial lubricants.
- Cultivate contacts with relevant field, technical and marketing personnel at target customers in order to effectively promote Company's industrial lubricants.
- Develop new business through regular technical sales visits and presentations to target accounts and sales calls to customers.
- Provide technical assistance to customers & market feedback, including key account activities, trials, new product requirements, competitive activities, and pricing issues.
- Provide direction for Company's Lube Division regarding new products and business strategy for the Indian market.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and standards as they relate to the company's products and activities.
- Building and monitoring teams to achieve targets for the territories/ areas assigned to individual executives
Skills required:
- 8+ years technical sales experience in the lubricant industry, preferably in the sales of industrial lubricants & specialities.
- Self-starter, innovative, with good communication skills
- Excellent selling, Technical skills and business skills
- Excellent Team Administration and Management skills
